WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT AMSIG 2018 IS NOW FULLY BOOKED!

We regret to inform you that as we are now at capacity for the QT Gold Coast we unfortunately have now closed delegate meeting registration.

However, there are still a number of spaces available for the Canon Ultrasound Workshop on Sunday 6 May from 1pm-5pm.

AMSIG MEMBERS & PARTNERS GALA DINNER

SATURDAY 5 MAY 2018 - Rick Shores

Dinner tickets will be available for AMSIG Members & Partners to purchase.

Conference Dinner tickets for Rick Shores will be available for purchase during the online registration process. Numbers will be limited, so plan to book early to avoid disappointment.

Please ensure you indicate during registration whether you would like a ticket to the AMSIG Gala Dinner. We are required to give final numbers in advance of the conference, and may not be able to accommodate your request for tickets if you register at the conference. Please check your registration confirmation carefully and ensure your selections are correct.

Cost: $50.00 per AMSIG member, $100.00 per partner ticket

Tickets are not included in the registration fees. All prices include 10% GST
Please note that the dinner is open to AMSIG Members and their partners only.

TIME: 1900-2230

TRANSFERS: Transfers will be provided, departing the QT Gold Coast at 1830 and first return coach at 2200

Terms & Conditions

Payment

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST of 10%. Credit card Payments are processed via Stripe which is a Level 1 Service Provider and is compliant to PCI DSS Version 3.2. Should you wish to register by post, please contact the Conference Managers, and a form will be emailed to you. Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your form and fees.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at joanna@outshine.co.nz. Cancellations made prior to Sunday 1 April 2018 will be refunded less $100.00 to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case by case basis. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

AMSIG 2018 - ACCOMODATION

QT Gold Coast

Conference rates have been obtained at the listed venues.

You will have the opportunity to book rooms via the online registration process, and will be asked to supply credit card details to secure your booking.

It is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation prior to 1 April 2018 to ensure you gain the negotiated rates. After this date, rooms will be released and bookings will be subject to remaining availability.

The AMSIG Annual Scientific Meeting is held in a public space; therefore, we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, Additionally, the Conference Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the conference. The Organisers reserves the right to use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Conference attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at  joanna@outshine.co.nz.

Privacy

Personal information is collected on behalf of the Organisers. A delegate list will be produced for the conference including name, organization and email address. It will be distributed to conference attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the AMSIG Meeting. This list will not be provided by the AMSIG Executive to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.

Health & Safety

The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the AMSIG Executive and the Conference Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy conference environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the AMSIG Executive and the Conference Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst onsite, however, all conference attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities.

Each conference attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy conference environment through:

  • Listening to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or;
  • Reading the health and safety procedure document provided on site at the registration desk.
  • Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur onsite at the conference are reported.
  • Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the AMSIG Executive or a staff member at the Conference Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.
  • Respecting your own personal safety and that of other conference delegates and employees.
